Halina Paulette Electric. The Paulette Electric was a reasonably well-specified camera which included a lightmeter and a f/2.8 lens, but suffered from very poor build quality. It was fully manual, the lightmeter reading had to be transferred to the shutter. The Halina Paulette Electric, which looked rather similar to the later King Regula models.

The Halina Paulette Electric isn't "electric" in the way you might expect: it doesn't use a battery or run a motor drive. There's no autoexposure, either. But there is a Selenium meter, which works by the principles of electricity, so I suppose it counts. The meter's even relatively accurate!

I'll try to dig a few out if I can find them and post them here. I suspect your camera is misaligned or maybe you are just not adept at guessing focussing distances.
